The gluten-free pizza base is a semi-finished product and is individually packed in an aluminum tray to prevent cross-contamination.

Easy preparation:
Add your preferred toppings to the pizza base. Bake at approximately 250°C until the pizza edges turn golden brown.

Ingredients: corn starch, tapioca starch, water, rice flour, sunflower oil, sugar, vegetable fibers (psyllium, tapioca), dextrose, yeast, salt.

Thickeners: E466, xanthan gum.
Raising agents: sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate.
Preservatives: calcium propionate, potassium sorbate.
